During use, the basic external conditions of bearing operation should be monitored frequently, such as the measurement of temperature, vibration and noise, etc. These regular inspections will identify potential problems as soon as possible and will prevent unexpected machine stoppage, enabling production plans to be realized and improving plant productivity and efficiency.

In the process of operation, the bearing requires correct re lubrication to perfect its performance. The methods of micro bearing lubrication include grease lubrication and oil lubrication. In order to make the bearing function well, first of all, it is necessary to select the lubrication method suitable for the service conditions and purposes. If only lubrication is considered, the lubricity of oil lubrication is dominant. But grease lubrication has the advantage of simplifying the structure around the bearing.

The accuracy grade of bearing is improved from grade 0, which is sufficient for general purpose, but grade 5 or higher accuracy is required when it is used in the conditions or occasions shown in Table 1.

Although the above precision levels are based on ISO standards, their appellations are different in different countries.

Standard bearings are of various sizes and sizes. When designing mechanical devices, it is best to use standard bearings (this is designed to be easy to purchase bearings. Here's a digression. Some of the bearings catalog models do have some, but some non-standard bearings are not available in mainland China, and sometimes futures will be very long time, so when bearing selection, we should consider the time cost and later stage. The nature, size and direction of the load applied to the bearing are variable. In general, the rated base load is shown on the dimension table. However, axial load and radial load are also important factors in selecting suitable bearing. When the sizes of ball and needle roller bearings are the same, needle roller bearings usually have higher load capacity and bear larger vibration and impact loads.
