Generally, the bearing in common use are some standard models, the code is "0", and the tolerance grade is "g" (common grade). The first section of general bearing can not be written, so the code is mostly expressed by 7 digits of the basic code. The meaning of bearing code is illustrated by examples: for example 7002136 (135 series diesel engine shaft main bearing), its basic code is identified from right to left. "36" two digits indicate the inner diameter, and the calculation method is 36 × 5 = 180 mm; "1" indicates that the diameter series is extremely light; "2" refers to the type of cylindrical roller bearing; "00" refers to the bearing structural form, and the outer ring has no rib; "7" indicates that the width series is narrow. The bearing inner diameter can be selected as multi reference bearing inner diameter. The bearing inner diameter is indicated by the first and second digits on the right end in the basic code. Bearing inner diameter is divided into standard and non-standard inner diameter. The difference between non-standard inner diameter and non-standard inner diameter is not integer or integral multiple of 5. In order to facilitate the selection and purchase of the machine, the following examples are given: 1. The bearing inner diameter less than 9 mm is indicated by the first digit of the right end. For example, bearing number 18 has an inside diameter of 8 mm. 2. The inner diameter of bearing is between 10 mm and 17 mm, which is expressed by fixed number. For example, bearing No. 100, 201, 302 and 403 have inner diameter codes at the right end, and the two digits are 00, 01, 02 and 03 respectively, and their inner diameters are 10, 12, 15 and 17 mm, respectively. 3. The inner diameter of bearing is 20 mm-480 mm (except 22, 28 and 32), which is expressed by the quotient of inner diameter dimension divided by 5. 4. The bearing inner diameter above 500 mm (22, 28, 32) is expressed by fraction, the denominator is the inner diameter, and the numerator is the size series, type and structure of the bearing. For example, bearing No. 30031 / 560 has an inner diameter of 560 mm, and so on.
